Synopsis :
In 2010 Los Angeles, three friends are dissatisfied with their lives. Adam (John Cusack) has been dumped by yet another girlfriend, and his video-game-obsessed nephew Jacob (Clark Duke) lives in his basement. Lou (Rob Corddry) is a party guy way past his prime. Nick (Craig Robinson) has a dead-end job at a dog spa and an unfaithful and controlling wife named Courtney (Kellee Stewart).
Lou almost dies from carbon monoxide poisoning in what his friends think is a suicide attempt. Adam and Nick impulsively take him and Jacob to the site of some of their most memorable weekends, the Kodiak Valley Ski Resort, which has fallen on hard times. During a crazy night of drinking in a hot tub, they spill a can of an illegal Russian energy drink called "Chernobly" on the hot tub's controls. The next day, they wake up in 1986. They see each other as their normal age, but in their reflections and to other people, they appear as they did in 1986, except Jacob, who was not yet born. They arrive during "Winterfest '86," the weekend when Poison played to a huge crowd at the then-thriving Kodiak Resort. Inspector Chan and his squad are called to arrest the gang after their hideout is revealed. However, the hideout is rigged and the ten-man police squad fall into various traps one by one. Chan then finds his men in a large warehouse, suspended from the high ceiling by ropes. The gang challenges him to training regimes that are taught to policemen. Chan agrees in order to free his men. Chan comes out tops initially in the three duels, but due to the mental pressure, he eventually loses and is left with only his would-be brother in law to save. He tries in vain to save all his comrades before the explosives blow up the building.
Being the sole survivor of the incident, Chan takes a year-long leave from the police force, drinking heavily to drown his sorrows and guilt.
The timeline jumps back to the present day. The stranger, who first featured at the start, brings him home. When Chan wakes up, the man identifies himself as PC 1667, Frank Cheng (Chinese: 鄭小峰; Mandarin Pinyin: Zhèng Xiǎofēng; Jyutping: Zeng6 Siu2 Fung1), his new partner. Frank tries various means to convince Chan cancel his leave and take up the case but Chan refuses. However, he comes to his senses eventually by apprehending the same two youths that robbed him. Sector 7, a secret government organization created by President Herbert Hoover, discovered the All Spark in the Colorado River and built the Hoover Dam around it to mask its energy emissions. The still-frozen Megatron was moved into this facility and was used to advance human technology through reverse engineering.
In the present day, a group of Decepticons composed of Blackout, Scorponok, Frenzy, Barricade, Starscream, Brawl and Bonecrusher, have landed on Earth and assumed the disguise of Earth vehicles. Blackout and Scorponok attack the U.S. SOCCENT forward operations base in Qatar and try to hack into the U.S. Military network to find the location of Megatron and the All Spark. Their mission is thwarted when the base staff cuts the network cable connections. While Blackout destroys the rest of the base, Scorponok pursues a small group of survivors, led by Captain William Lennox and Sergeant Robert Epps, who have photographic evidence of the robots. Scorponok is eventually repelled and hides in the sand after the humans manage to call air support and damage his tail. He takes a boy he names Near, the sole survivor of its use in a village in Thailand, and an elementary schooler named Maki Nikaido under his wing.[1]

Dr. Nikaido, a researcher, has received a sample of a deadly virus which destroyed a village in Thailand. His assistant, Dr. Kimiko Kujo who also goes by the initial of K, reveals herself to be the leader of the organization that created the virus. Dr. Nikaido, who has created an antidote, refuses to give it her. She kills him, convinced that his daughter Maki has the formula.

Maki runs away, eventually finding L's headquarters. But the group tracks Maki down, forcing L, accompanied by Maki and Near, to run away to a high-tech truck with the help of an FBI agent, Hideaki Suruga. L seeks the help of Nikaido's research partner to create a antidote. Using Near, L manages to acquire the antidote just as the terrorists are about to take an infected Maki to the US to spread the virus. L stops the plane and gives all the infected passengers, including the terrorist, the antidote. Maki then tries to kill Kujo for revenge, but L stops her. The film concludes with L leaving Near and giving him his "real name".

Shunji Fujimura also reprises his role as Watari, though the character dies early in the film as prior the events of The Last Name. The major characters of the main plot such as Light Yagami (Kira), Misa Amane, and Shinigami Ryuk all have brief cameos in the film.

When a man who knows about the Death Note requests to see her, she discovers that she has been fooled by the Kira investigation team and Light, who has hidden Death Note paper in his watch, kills her. Light begins working with the team and Misa goes back home. Light who is now working both sides finds the second death note and writes down Misa's name. Rem who does not want Misa to die sacrifices himself and he turns to sand in order to keep Misa alive. Because Light's plan has worked perfectly he is now in control. He also writes down Watari's(L's most trusted companion's) name and he dies as well. After some more work in the Kira team, Light tells Misa he thinks that Ryzuk is L and plans to kill him. Light's father lies and says he is going to America but in fact stays. Light and Misa go to an empty place assuming that no one will find them but the Kira Investigation team do. Light attempts to run but is shot in the leg and Misa begins crying. Light attempts to write down L's name in the Death Note paper in his watch, but L opens the Death Note to his own name. When a person's name is written in the Death Note you can postpone their death for up to 30 days. L says that he has done this so that Kira can not kill him sooner. Ryuk appears at Light's side and commands him to write all of their names in the Death Note, but Ryuk only writes down Light's name before disappearing. Because Ryuk did not write the cause of death, Light has one minute before he has a heart attack. Misa nearly goes hysterical and Light's father tells his son that things with the Death Note could have went differently if his son hadn't gone corrupt and now things have been destroyed. When the minute runs out Light dies. Later Soichiro Yagami asks L what he is going to tell his family. L says to tell him that Kira killed Light. The scene flashes to about a month later. When Light's sister and mother are decorating his cake in honour of his birthday. Lights mother tells her daughter to bring Soricho inside. As they walk Light's sister mentions that crime has gone up due to Kira disappearing. The movie ends with both going inside and Ryuk flying over the city.

Malcolm is searching for a flash drive with evidence incriminating Chirkoff on it. He deduces that it is hidden in a music box that has been stolen from the library. Trent blows his cover by going on a date (as himself) with Haley on which he is spotted by his friends, who alert Chirkoff because he has presented himself to them as a record producer. Chirkoff's henchmen trail Trent but think they've lost him when he changes into Charmaine. And as Trent "didn't" turn up at the big showcase, "Charmaine" helps Haley with the song and from being stressed from hiding, Trent blows his cover by not being able to sing like "Charmaine", and then it ends with the three (Malcolm, Trent and Haley) are on the run from Chirkoff in which they finally get caught and as they are about to be shot, Kurtis shoots Chirkoff with a stun gun. Chirkoff was arrested as were his henchmen. As he promised, Malcolm signed Trent's contract, but Trent rips it up and decides to go to Duke. The film ends with the music video of Trent/Prodi-G singing his song lyrical Miracle with Malcolm appearing as Big Momma.

The film opens following a man as his plane lands at a private hangar and he makes his way to his mansion with his armed guard escort. While helping Suzette embalm Adrian's body, Valerie discovers that they once had an affair and that Lucy is actually his daughter as well as Henry's half-sister. This is the reason why she could not be offered to him. Valerie also learns that Cesaire is seemingly unaware of this.

The townspeople decide to celebrate the death of the wolf, but their festivities are interrupted by the arrival of famous witch hunter Father Solomon (Gary Oldman) who reveals that the townspeople did not slaughter the real Wolf because it would have changed back into its human form if they did. He then explains that since the Wolf can be wounded by objects made of silver, he has covered the fingernails of one of his hands with it......

Virus labels Rancho and his friends as "idiots" and attempts on a number of occasions to break up Rancho's friendship with Farhan and Raju. In contrast, Virus’ favorite student is Chatur Ramalingam or "Silencer", (Omi Vaidya) whose thinking is completely opposite from Racho who toes the line of the system, believes in mindless memorizing over understanding, in order to reach his goals of corporate and social status. On Teacher's Day Chatur is awarded the honour of making a speech. Since Rancho is well aware of Chatur's nature Rancho substitutes some of the speech paper with obscene words which has been written by the librarian. As expected, Chatur mindlessly memorises the speech, aided by his lack of understanding of Hindi. His speech becomes the laughing stock of the audience, infuriating the authorities in the process.
